Your Questions Answered
Q. How much do your classes cost?
A. Your first class is free and once you're hooked there are a few options. Drop-in classes are $20 and we offer memberships as low as $125/month. Current prices are shown here.
Q. How much do kid's classes cost/when are they?
A. Right now we offer kid's classes Tuesdays at 4:30 pm. The first class is free and after that there is a monthly fee of $49 per child.
Q. What is your schedule?
A. We recommend you check the schedule online here for the most updated class information as we add events, and other training opportunities at times, and if we ever cancel a class it will disappear from the calendar on the site.
In general our beginner friendly schedule is:
Monday - Thursday: Krav Maga 6 pm
Wednesday: Striking | Ground 7 pm
Saturday: Krav Maga 10 am & Striking | Ground 11 am
We also offer a free Intro to Krav Maga session on Thursdays at 5:30 pm to help you feel more comfortable with some of the basics. This is optional, does not count as your trial class, and is not required before attending other classes.
Q. Do I need prior experience?
A. Prior experience is not necessary and all of our Krav Maga classes are beginner friendly. We do value prior experience and try to take that into account when providing feedback and guidance, so if you do have it, let us know.
Q. I'm not in the best of shape/ I have an injury, can I still participate?
A. All shapes and sizes are welcome. If you have an injury, we recommend you clear it with your doctor before participating and once cleared, let your instructor and training partner know if you have limitations and listen to your body at all times.
