Cancellation Policy

At First Strike Krav Maga we strive to provide personalized, high-quality training. To maintain the efficiency of our scheduling and respect the time of our trainers and clients, we have the following policy: Cancellation | Reschedule Policy: We request cancellations and any requests to reschedule be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be charged 50% of your service charge. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the same charge. For those with multi-session packages your unattended session will be considered forfeit. Emergency Exceptions: Exceptions for emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Prior cancellation history may also be considered in the decision making process. Trainer’s Cancellation: Should a trainer cancel a session, we will make every opportunity to provide another trainer appropriate for the clients needs and goals or reschedule. Should another trainer not be available, and a reasonable reschedule be unattainable, we will offer an additional complimentary session or refund the cancelled session.
