Class for Yellow Belts and higher to practice drills and striking
Service Description
This class teaches additional drills focusing on building upon the foundations and increasing technical execution of strikes. You must either be a yellow belt or higher, or receive an invitation from an instructor to join this class.

Cancellation Policy
Students can easily cancel or reschedule group classes through our app or by logging into the membership area on our website. To help us maintain a smooth experience for all students and coaches, we kindly ask that you sign up for classes at least 30 minutes before they begin and cancel any sessions at least 30 minutes in advance if you’re unable to attend. We understand that last-minute changes can happen, but please note that classes may be canceled if there aren’t enough sign-ups. Additionally, if a student arrives for a class they haven’t registered for and the class is full, we may not be able to accommodate them. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
